Take Unwind any time you’re ready to settle down for the evening, ideally 1 to 2 hours before sleep.

Mix 1 stick into 8–10 oz of water depending on your preferred concentration. Then, mix and sip as part of your nighttime routine.

Consistency matters. Many people notice effects quickly, but the best results often come with regular daily use.
